This policy explains what information the Toni Higginbotham Campaign Committee (“the campaign,” “we,” “us”) collects through judgehigginbotham.com and our text message program, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you fill out a form on this site, such as a yard sign request or volunteer sign-up, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, street address, city, ZIP code, and any notes you add. If you donate, the payment is handled by our donation processor, and we receive the contribution details that Louisiana campaign finance law requires us to report.
How we use it
- To deliver yard signs and coordinate volunteers.
- To contact you about the campaign by email, phone, or text message if you asked us to.
- To file campaign finance reports required by law.
Text messaging and your mobile number
We send text messages only to people who opt in by checking the optional “Yes, I would like to receive text messages” box on one of our forms.
No mobile information will be shared by us with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties unless required by law. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the campaign, such as our website host, email provider, and text message platform, and only so they can provide those services. We also disclose information when the law requires it, including campaign finance reports filed with the Louisiana Supervisory Committee on Campaign Finance Disclosure.
