Program
The Toni Higginbotham for Justice of the Peace text program is run by the Toni Higginbotham Campaign Committee. It sends campaign updates, event and volunteer information, voting reminders, and occasional requests for support to people who have opted in.
How you opt in
You join by checking the “Yes, I would like to receive text messages” box on a form at judgehigginbotham.com and giving your mobile number. Checking that box is optional and is not required to request a yard sign, volunteer, or donate.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies, typically up to 8 messages per month, with more near Election Day.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. The campaign does not charge for text messages. Check with your wireless carrier about your plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will get one message confirming you have been removed, and no more messages after that. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. To rejoin, opt in again on our website.
